Workhouse Union works with artists, designers, architects and crafts-people to develop projects examining housing, civic infrastructure and the commons, engaging people with the spaces and places we live.
How We Work
We believe that art has a positive and real role to play in civic life. We are committed to finding meaningful ways of connecting creativity, participatory design and public engagement processes to the planning and development of the spaces and places we live. Our work and research emerge through strategic partnerships and collaboration with other individuals, creative practices, organisations, local authorities and community groups.
